I found this book easy to understand, I loved the step by step guides how to implement change, acknowledgement that things won't always go according to plan, gave encouragement to keep going despite the stumbling blocks, inclusive and informative for children to help in the home now and take those learnings into their adult life. Wished I had had this book when my child was little.
